too much going on to post!

so tomorrow is op day for Ethan and I realised I have not been updating this blog much at all this term, a sign of how chaotic its been. so here it goes (in brief)

for Josh
urology appointment and change in medication as he still is having trouble in that area
an ultrasound on his neck after a dr noticed a swelling which I had noted on and off for 6 months, looks to be ok, but will get a report back on that soon
blood tests as a follow up to some low figures a while back and to check muscle function, then some extras to go with the neck ultrasound, then repeat tests as some of these came back abnormal! these were eventually normal though
nut challenge day showing that although his gut reacted, he did not collapse or show any life threatening difficulties
ongoing rheumatology problems requiring physio at home

for Aaron

his gastro problems, and associated joint problems waking him nightly for weeks
his treatments which are not working as they should
most recently a period of fever, then low temperature, and night sweats and an irregular heart beat identified, then an ecg for this which seems to show a benign cause

starting school

also starting school and all that goes with that, settling in, being tired etc

investigations for his eye rolling etc including ophthalmology and more psychological reasons
urology follow up resulting in the need for a procedure
secondary school tours and application decisions

The management of all of this (flu vaccine, sourcing prescription bread), and normal life, (eg foods for every event so Josh and Aaron can take part) and the season of all 3 of their birthdays and Christmas is leaving us quite exhausted.
