So yes it was blood starting at not quite 4 weeks post infusion, it steadily increased from eratic episodes to regular diarrhea with more and more blood streaks. By bank holiday weekend he was having fevers and little clots so we called for advice and they sent us for a review at Epsom hospital, who took bloods and stool samples and then thought he needed keeping in overnight and he then did decline with hourly diarrhea and painful cramping. By morning he was feeling much better and the next day he had a clinic apt at GOSH anyway so they discharged him. GOS at that apt decided to bring forward his infusion date to this Saturday and possibly add in an iron infusion as he is anaemic.
We did however fit in many fun days during the rest of the holidays(see pics), including a turning 40 party part 1! Bit of a bump back down t earth to end though
