What a busy Christmas, as ever, I think we did something everyday! school discos to finish term, parties, shopping, friends to visit, church, the day itself, Ethan's birthday and sleepover etc, New Years, plus blood tests tube change, Dr appt combined with science museum trip. see pics at the end

Josh has been symptomatic with his diarrhea again unfortunately but his blood test results are mostly back to normal which is good
Aaron introduced more foods, unfortunately even with only a very limited diet and 50% formula his bleeding etc returned. This was the day after we came back from an appt with his Dr who already thought maybe they needed to escalate treatment and was going to discuss with her colleagues. This made her decision easier and so it is back to plan A which is the infusion medication infliximab, see below for a general info sheet, although each hospital has its own slight variations

sleeping even during a plaster change!

1st infusion is 16th Feb, then again 2 weeks later then 4 weeks after that, it continues 6-8 weekly after that. Please let us know if you are unwell as this medication compromises his immune system and so what is a little bug for you could result in a more serious infection for him.
