2 weeks beginning 1st september +

still had diarrhea. lost weight at his weigh in appointment. had mcug to check for urinary reflux which was fine. appointment with Dr Garcia to talk throught he sickness josh has had, no obvious other causes and she was glad we were scheduled to see GOSH dr next week

that eve josh screamed unconsolably for 1/2 hour but was then fine
friday evening josh started screaming again so we took him to Epsom Hospital where he continued to scream for 4 hours despite medicene and he vomitted. x-ray showed possible obstruction to the bowel so we were transferred by ambulance (blue lights and siren) to GOSH.
after a further x ray they deciede there was not an obstruction as such so gave him codine and admitted us and he continued to be sick. the following day he had an ultrasound which showed 'signifcant growth' of the lymphangioma. the enlarged lymph node since january on his neck was also scanned thoroughly and was ok
we had an mri on the 9th which involved a general anaesthetic and took 1 and 3/4 hours.

we were discharged as Josh by then was well again as we'd come to expect. on the thursday we came back to speak to his consultant who said that surgery to remove this was now necessary, an after answering a few questions arranged for us to return the following week to talk to the surgeon about the difficulties.
at his weigh in he had lost weight again
